The Yard Hostel is not really a hostel but a family. Everyone is kind of connected in this family, and they all take care of each other. It was my pleasure to stay with people like that. In front of the hostel, there is a burger place and cafe. Both of them are pretty nice to have a great time and chill. The staff at the yard hostel tries their best to take care of you and make your trip as great as possible! Thank you!!

Location within Ari (our favorite neighborhood in Bangkok, easily) is as good as it gets. The owner/employees are incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. The vibe of the hostel, in general, is very positive and social, and it's largely inside of a big leafy courtyard, which feels like a nice respite from the more urban/concrete surroundings. Mattress was comfortable, and the on-demand hot water goes as hot as you want it to be, and then some. The massive floor to ceiling windows in the private rooms were really, really rad - I felt like I was in a cool Japanese mini-apartment from a design magazine or something.
I am so happy that I decided to stay here. The staff is wonderful! They are so helpful and friendly. They get to know each guest and go above and beyond to get you what you need. I knew I didn't want to stay at a party hostel and was looking more for a chill relaxing vibe but with a social aspect. That is exactly what I got! The quart yard is a great place to read a book or chat with other guests. The facilities are clean and up to date. The neighborhood has great food options and is right next to the sky train. I hope to come back soon!
Highly recommend. Booked 1 night and then extended to 5. Clean dorm room, good showers and bathroom, laundry on-site, Awesome staff, really good internet (can work in yard or there’s an office room for some privacy), free filtered water, coffee, toast, and fruit yogurt included every morning. Bars and restaurants on-site. The location is perfect. The private rooms are really nice. Ari neighborhood walking distance to BTS train and everything you need. I’ll be going back.
