How far are you from the airport?
30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
20 minutes from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)

What’s the neighborhood(Ari) like?
The Yard is called the #1 coolest, hippest, laidback neighborhood in Bangkok – and was ranked in the top 50 neighborhoods of the world by Time Out Magazine (and our 70,000+ guests!)
Ari is full of rich culture, delicious cafes, art galleries, local shops, and a hybrid of foreign and Thai influences. It’s conveniently located next to BTS Ari, which can take you right downtown in less than 10 minutes.
How far are you from Khao San Road?
Khao San Road, the famous tourist nightlife party street, is approximately 20 minutes away via taxi.
Many Yard guests organize group trips there together every week.
We are not very close to Khao San Road. If that is important to you, we recommend you book from one of our friend's hostels, more conveniently located near the party 🎉
Are there work/study areas?
Yes! We have several areas for work or study. Whether you prefer to work under the trees or in the quiet of your private room, The Yard is designed to encourage creativity. Our most recent renovation in Summer 2022 includes a common space with seating and work areas. The (Front) Yard is for a more social work experience, while the (Back)Yard provides tables for quiet focus.
What attractions are nearby?
The Yard is only a 10 minutes BTS train ride away from Siam Station, in the heart of Bangkok. Chattuachua is the biggest weekend market in the world and it’s only 5 minutes away by train. You’re also only 3 stations away from BTS Pia Thai which links you to the airport rail.
Can I work remotely from The Yard?
Yes! Our wifi is designed with digital nomads in mind. Excellent wifi with private spaces for video calls and meetings if you need them.
What is Check-in/ Check-out time?
Check-in at 2pm
Check-out before noon
Do you provide shampoo/soap /hairdryer/towel ?
Yes, we have available for everyone to use during your stay.
Do you have staff 24 hours?
Yes, there is Yard staff on-site 24 hours to help and keep you and your belongings safe. At the Yard we pride ourselves in you feeling safe, comfortable, and at home while in Bangkok.
Do you provide transportation to the Yard?

Would it be possible to store a large suitcase there for sometime?
Yes, you can leave your luggage(s) here for up to two months.
We recommend you travel light!
Can I have a shower before check out?
Answer: Sure, you can use all facilities after check-out
Do you provide tours?
Yes, we do provide some famous tour, local tours and bike tours.
Should I book directly through your website?
Yes, please. You will get a discount, and we will donate 7% of your direct booking to Karen village to prevent the forest fire.
